At our restaurant, we want to show our guests the best of what Noto has to offer, thus we are always on the lookout for delicious, fresh and safe vegetables, fresh seafood and other products and crafts produced by the people of this area. We want to have ongoing collaborations with the farmers, fishermen/women, producers and artists who work so hard in Noto. The culmination of this is Restaurant L’Atelier de NOTO.
